1. Immunizaton:
  • All students must provide documented proof of up-to-date immunizations upon enrollment.
  • Immunizaton records will be regularly reviews, and parents/guardians will be notified of any deficiencies.
2. Safety and Injury
  • The school will conduct regular safety drills, including fire and earthquake drills, with detailed procedures communicated to all the community members.
  • We regularly inspect and maintain playground equipment and facilites to meet safety standards.
  • The school’s staff members are first aid trained for emergencies.
  • Any student with injury that requires further medical treatment will be assist to the nearest hospital.
3. Well-being:
  • We provide access to school counseling service and resource for students facing the challenges.
  • A peer support system and anti-bullying program are integrated in our curriculum.
4. Nutritional Standards:
  • Healthy school snacks and meals that students bring to school are encouraged.
  • We limit the sugary snacks and beverages on school premises.
5. Medication Administration:
  • Only authorized personnel will administer medication, following proper documentation and parental consent.
  • We maintain a secure system for storing and tracking medications.
  • The administer of emergency medications, such as EpiPens will be following the school’s protocol.

  • Our assembly point is at the covered play area of the kindergarten.

  • The school will conduct regular inspection and maintenance to our playground equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • We provide the supervision during recess and outdoor activities at the school hour.
3. Cybersecurity Measures:
  • We make sure our staff members and students are educated on safe internet practices, including recognizing phishing attempts, protecting passwords, and sharing personal details on the internet.
4. Visitor Management:
  • We implement a visitor sign-in system at the main entrance, requiring identification and purpose of visit.
  • Visitor must wear a visitor badge at all time during their visit.
  • No outside visitor is allowed to have unsupervised access to students
5. Transportation Safety:
  • We enforce seatbelt on car and helmet on a bike drop-off or pick-up of the students.
  • All parents and guardians must follow our drop-off and pick-up protocols to avoid
  • creating traffic jam at the front of our school.
6. Hazardous Materials Management:
  • Small toys and/or learning materials for age group of 3-year-old and above are kept in their classroom and away from the playgroup class.
